For the meat & potato people…

Ingredients:

1.5 lb Ground Beef (85/15)

2 tbsp minced Parsley

2 tbsp minced Basil

1 tbsp minced Garlic

1 diced Onion

1 Egg

1/3 cup grated Parmesan

1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs

Salt & Pepper

1. Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl. Form mixture into multiple small balls and set aside,

2. Once the balls are all formed and there is no more meat mixture. Transfer all the meatballs onto a lined baking tray.

3. Back at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes till longer pink in the middle.

4. Add meatballs inot your favorite marinara sauce and simmer for another 5 minutes.

5. Toss into cooked pasta. Serve and Enjoy!

Tip: Caramelize your onions before adding to ground beef, adds another layer of flavor to the meatballs. Perfect for those who don’t like onions and adds alittle sweetness to the balls hehe

Storage Tip: Sometimes I make a big batch of these and store them in my freezer for future meals. Place into a ziplock bag or food saver bag and freeze up to 2-3 months.
